Situated on the University of Denver’s storied “Sorority Row”, the project brings subtle luxury and classical proportions to the university neighborhood. The project includes 13 traditional brownstone-style townhome units with a handsome brick base and warm wood-tone horizontal detailing. The varying color schemes are evocative of the nearby university’s stone and brick vernacular.
